Job Summary :


We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who has a key leadership role responsible for Open new account and maintain good relationship with potential client. The primary objective of a Sales Manager is to meet or exceed sales targets, maximize revenue, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the business. This role involves strategic planning, team management, and collaboration with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving sales objectives.



Key Responsibilities :


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies. Implement corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and address any issues to maintain positive long-term partnerships.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and team support, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Effectively communicate with internal teams, executives, and external clients. Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for presenting sales strategies, providing updates, and addressing inquiries.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and obstacles that may arise in the sales process. Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.



Qualifications :


  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.
  • More than 5 years of experience in relevant Sales Manager experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
